Enable and Disable Users

This section explains how to enable and disable users.

After a user is disabled, it will be unable to log in to the KubeSphere web console.

Prerequisites

You should have User Management permission on the KubeSphere platform. For more information, see Users and Platform Roles.

Enable and Disable a Single User

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the User Management permission.

  2. Click Users and Roles.

  3. Click Users in the left navigation pane.

  4. Click more to the right of a user, and then select Enable or Disable from the dropdown list.

Batch Enable and Disable Users

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the User Management permission.

  2. Click Users and Roles.

  3. Click Users in the left navigation pane.

  4. Check the boxes next to the users you want, and then click Enable or Disable above the list.
